    The Metafit™ group workout is for those looking for a workout that gets big results.  25 min of high intensity training Metafit is designed to burn fat  and to do that you need to change the resting metabolism by working big muscle groups with simple un choreographed, high intensity intervals that will get you quick results METAFIT is the original HIIT workout.

     

    Created by a former Royal Marine Commando, Metafit™ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques that cause a metabolic disturbance which will set the metabolism on fire!! Metafit is designed in such a way that all fitness levels can participate.  each exercise has a regression which can be applied for those starting out. Come join the Metafit revolution.
