X-TrainingX-Training is a 60 minute class which is great for men and women to combine Cardio, Weights and core training. Discover muscles that you knew that you had! Perfect for the early morning riser or those who just want to get more out of their day. This class is run by two trainers on Tuesday and Thursdays at 6am. THT – Tummies, Hips & ThighsTHT is designed to keep you on your toes (quite literally) by keeping the program different week to week. Monday and Thursday will also rotate body sections so that you are getting a full body workout each time you come. Classes are 45 mins in length. Each session is uses a range of apparatus and body to weight ratio exercises in order to tone, flatten, crunch and tighten those troublesome areas of the body. Kbox – KickboxingA typical class will start with a 10-minute warm-up, followed by 40 minutes of kickboxing and finishing with a 10 minute cool down and stretch. A combination of excercises are used that incorporate kick boxing skills such as bag and pad work with traditional kick boxing excercises. There are also Kickboxing Women and Kickboxing Kids classes which incorporate similar excercises and technique but at a modified level of intencity and duration. Box 4 LifeThis 1 hour group session that will get you leaner, fitter and stronger while learning correct boxing technique. This includes bag and pad work, ground work and boxing specific strength and conditioning. Arena Stretch – Yoga & Sports StretchingYoga is a holistic physical activity which offers many benefits. Some of which include increasing flexibility, increasing lubrication of the muscles and joints, massaging the internal organs, cleansing the body, gaining awareness and toning the muscles. Half Hour of PowerShort on time? Come and join the half hour of power! This group is a specialized group training session focusing on strength, cardio and core. Women’s Group FitnessThese classes are a mixture and combination of exercises which may vary each week depending on the trainer. They target weight loss and help increase general health and fitness. Running GroupThese sessions operate outdoors when the weather is suitable and are a great way to boost your cardio and fitness levels. Great for beginners! Build up your stamina and boost your Vo2 max. Interval based training, Hill climbing, long runs, sprints, build up from 5km to marathons. Brazilian JiujitsuBrazilian, Gracie Jiujitsu is a form of martial arts that focuses on grappling (wrestling) and submissions. It was developed by the Gracie family in Brazil and is considered one of the most effective forms of fighting in the world. ICS – Self DefenceTrain with Peter Sciarra in one of the most effective and realistic forms of combat training -incorporating many different forms of martial arts tactics. Learn to effectively use this style against a potential violent street attack. |
