All trainers are fully trained in the following areas of fitness development: Women’s fitness, Boxing, kickboxing & martial arts, self defence, body sculpting and building, triathalon training, cross training, swim coaching, running, weight loss, elite sports training, pre and post natal care, rehabilitation & functional correction or general fitness and fun.
- Personal Training; either 1on1 or 2on1
- Group Training; 3on1 or more
- Nutrition and food plans are included with your personal training upon request.
