You can work one-on-one with a trainer or in groups of up to four. Sessions are normally either 30 minutes or a full hour in duration.  All our staff are trained to assess your needs and capabilities. They can help you set achievable goals that are meaningful and relevant to you. If you have family and lifestyle issues, these are part of the planning process.

Our Trainers understand that one ‘programme’ does NOT suit everybody.  Trainers will instruct you in the proper use and application of the equipment. You need never again feel unsure (or foolish) about what you are doing. Furthermore, they will offer you a variety of exercise types: cardio, weights, boxing, cycling, etc.  Click here for more information on personal training.

Group Fitness & Classes

Classes is a good way to meet other people and a great way to workout. At Arena Fitness we cater for whatever level you are at. Whether you choose to take part in one of our extensive range of classes run by our highly trained and  skilled professionals, or have one on one training, we will be there every step of the way to guide you and help you be the very best you can.
