Biography

Upon completing year 12, Sam got straight into personal training and finished his certificate 3 and 4 in personal training in record time.  Sam has now been a full part of the fitness industry since 2008.  Growing up Sam had been trained by a number of mentors and coaches for specific sports such as competitive water skiing and martial arts. His interests are; kick boxing, boxing, running, yoga, strength and conditioning training, playing guitar and being with friends and family.

What Sam offers

Sam specializes in Martial Arts, weight loss, group training and small group school sessions. He likes to push his clients to the best of their ability while maintaining correct technique and posture, and ensuring that they also have fun in the process. In the future Sam hopes to go onto furthering his own Kickboxing and Boxing career by fighting competitively and continually updating his knowledge as a personal trainer.
