About the THT Class

THT is designed to keep you on your toes (quite literally) by keeping the program different week to week.  Monday and Thursday will also rotate body sections so that you are getting a full body workout each time you come.  Classes are 45 mins in length.  Each session is uses a range of apparatus and body to weight ratio exercises in order to tone, flatten, crunch and tighten those troublesome areas of the body.

There are two hour classes per week:

  • Monday at 9:30am
  • Thursday at 10am.
