K-BoxWith 2 Instructors, Paul and Sam, Original Kbox classes are a combination of kickboxing and boxing skills.  Incorporating class full of energy, fun and sweat.  A combination of exercises are used that incorporate kickboxing skills such as bag and pad work with traditional kickboxing exercises.

Paul Marasco, as head Kbox instructor, has been in the industry for over 15 years now and specializes in the kickboxing field.  Sam Whitcroft, head boxing instructor for Arena Fitness also runs the Box 4 Life Boxing classes, in collaboration with Paul Marasco integrate his specialized Boxing techniques into the Kickboxing programs.

As a result of years of collaboration with other skilled fighters and trainers, the classes are unlike any other!  -suitable for any fitness level and gender.

 

KBOX Classes:

A typical class will start with a 10-minute warm-up, followed by 40 min of kick boxing and finishing with a 10-minute cool down and stretch. A combination of exercises are used that incorporate  kick boxing skills such as bag and pad work with traditional kick boxing exercises.

What KBOX offers:

  • Boot-camps (5 week outdoor programs)
  • Small Kickboxing groups (by appointment only)
  • 3 indoor Mixed Group Classes per week
  • 1 Women’s Kbox Class
  • Friendly Sparring Sessions (by appointment only)

Pricing:

  • 1 session a week – $15
  • 2-3 sessions a week – $20 direct debit* (Women’s Kbox not included)
  • 1 Women’s Class per week – $15 casual.
