Boxing is one of the best aerobic workouts available with active, class structured lessons designed for maximum fitness, boxing technique and skills, footwork, stance and boxing psychology.  With constant practice, advice, and encouragement, these lessons will help you will develop your boxing skills, endurance, explosive power, aerobic fitness AND have fun in the process.

Box 4 Life Program:

Register now with you and your friends for this specialised Boxing Program! The program will ensure that all who register, build skill and strength while consolidating each week by remaining consistent. After 4 weeks you will learn a range of skills, techniques, foot work and pad and bag work while incorporating light sparring (strictly only under supervision).  A typical group session may start with skipping, circuit and core, finishing with bag and pad work. The bulk of a session will involve the teaching and practice of typical boxing techniques and movements, finishing off with a proper warm down.
