FREE OPEN TRAINING X-TRAINING – FIRST SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH
Our first every Open Day Training Session at Arena Fitness was a huge success (on Saturday the 4th of February)! We had in addition of 35 attend. GREAT WORK EVERYONE!! During hot conditions, everyone did very well with their workouts. All in all it was a fun day and perfect opportunity to get to know the arena team, what we offer and to get a work out at the same time.
Our next Open Day is on Saturday the 3rd of March!
This event is a community based Fitness Challenge…not strings attached….no cost….just come along, get fit, meet new people and have some fun!
FITNESS CLASS DETAILS
Session Length: Roughly 75minutes of fun! Session Description: Incorporating a blend of weights, boxing and x-training and ending with some yoga. Where: Arena Fitness Centre, 325B Bay Road, Cheltenham (car park entrance is off Middleton Street). Just go upstairs! When: FIRST Saturday of EVERY Month from 10:30am Starting with the 4th of February! Price: FREE Fitness Level: Beginners to advanced. Requirements: To enjoy your work out! Price: Oh yeah did we mention it was FREE!

EVERYONE IS WELCOME!!!
There will be an abundance of arena trainers to help you through this session every step of the way, so just leave it to us and enjoy the session.
There is no limit on how many friends and family you can invite to this great event.
This opportunity is perfect for those who are new to Arena Fitness or new to training.
All trainers at Arena Fitness are happy to answer any and all questions relating to fitness, diet, nutrition, weight loss, training programs and of course personal training and classes.
